Yogis In Service 95-hour Children’s Yoga Teacher Training

The YISCTT is a developmental, trauma-informed children’s yoga teacher training. The YISCTT provides you with the knowledge and experience you need to become an effective children’s yoga teacher. You will learn the foundational knowledge of child development, behavioral management and teaching self-regulation, teacher self-care and presence in the yoga classroom, lesson planning, trauma-informed principles and practices, and sequencing. You will learn how to take yoga breaks in the classroom and what a yoga program looks and feels like in schools and community centers.

Yogis in Service 95-hour Children’s Teacher Training (YISCTT) 

  • Trauma Informed 

  • Yoga Alliance Registered- To be a registered children’s yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance- you need both this program and the 200-hr program. The order you do them in does not matter.

      • Learn tools that helps kids deal with stress in their lives
      • Help with behavior management in classroom

      • Supporting access to yoga
      • No prior yoga experience required
      • Do not have to be an academic teacher to benefit

Cost

  • Full tuition: $ 1,500
  • 10% discount for full-time teachers, mental health professionals, and administrators
  • Non-refundable deposit $300 at time of acceptance (goes toward training and will be applied to tuition)
